Medium.com can be used also a website but my point here is to get traffic to your website so just create an account with Medium.com an go to your account and click write a story, then copy and paste your articles.
Now you can ask "ok, I finished copy and pasting my articles how will I get traffic from these websites, what is the relation? "
This is very important if you take medium it receives 200-300 million visits per month, if you take Quora it gets around 500 million visits per month and if you take LinkedIn it gets around 1 billion visits per month.
Also these websites have high rank on google so you may rank on google.
Now you may ask "Ok I got traffic to Medium, Quora, LinkedIn how will I get traffic back to my website? " simply you have to create internal links, so you can get them back to your website.
